The lures
What are ReCast lures made of?
Plant-based materials instead of petroleum-derived plastics. They reduce our reliance on petroleum without giving up the action, finish or durability you expect from a hardbait.
Will they wither away on my line or in my tackle box?
No. Plant-based doesn't mean fragile. ReCast lures are solid hard baits, built to take hits, hooksets and rocks like any other hardbait fishing lure, and they're stress-tested and quality-checked during manufacturing.
One full-time fishing guide put more than a hundred fish on a single squarebill and says it still looks great.
What happens if I lose one in the water?
We're working to lower our environmental impact from production through end of life, including independent testing of what happens to a lure that's lost in the water over the long term. We'll share the results as they come in.
What hooks do you use?
Every ReCast lure comes rigged with high-quality Mustad hooks.
How should I store and care for my lures?
Just like any other hardbait. Handle them and store them with the rest of your tackle.
Which lure should I use?
- Squarebill: reaction strikes working shallow cover (2–5 ft).
- Jerkbait: twitch-and-pause, suspending for finicky fish (2–4 ft).
- Rattlebait: cover water fast over flats and grass.
- Deep Diver: reach fish holding on deep structure (6–10 ft).
- Topwater Popper: pop-and-pause surface strikes around cover and flats.
They're built for bass, pike and walleye. Not sure? A bundle covers the whole water column.

How do bundle savings work?
Our ready-made bundles save up to 20% versus buying lures one by one.
Prefer your own colours? Build your own box: add 3 or more single lures and save 10%, 4 or more for 15%, and 6 or more for 20%. The discount applies automatically in your cart. It doesn't combine with discount codes; you always get the better of the two.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free in Canada on orders over $74.99. For smaller orders and orders outside Canada, the shipping cost is shown at checkout.
How fast will my order arrive?
We aim to ship every order the same or next business day. Orders usually arrive in 2–3 days in Ontario and 3–8 days elsewhere in Canada or internationally.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status any time under My account / Track order.
What is your return policy?
